梵净山小口白甲鱼肌肉脂肪酸组成分析

Analysis on Fatty Acid Compositions in Muscle of Onychostoma lini on Fanjingshan Mountain

采用水解提取-气相色谱法测定了梵净山地区小口白甲鱼(Onychostoma lini)肌肉中脂肪酸的含量。结果表明,梵净山地区小口白甲鱼肌肉中测得脂肪酸21种,含量达8.45 g/100 g。不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪总量的70.77%,其中单不饱和脂肪酸占37.63%,多不饱和脂肪酸占33.14%,DHA与EPA占9.59%。

Fatty acids composition in the muscle of of Onychostoma lini（Wu） on the Fanjingshan Mountain were dtermined by hydrolytic extraction-gas chromatograhy. The results showed that there were 21 kinds fatty acids in muscle of O.lini, the total fatty acids was 8.45 g/100 g.The content of unsaturated fatty acids was 70.77%, monounsaturated fatty acids was 37.63%,polyunsaturated fatty acids was 33.14%, total DHA and EPA was 9.59%.
