摘要
以个体农户为组成单位的农民合作社将参与者的利益追求视为组织的首要目标,成为了解决农民增收问题最直接和最有效的载体。而农民合作社效率的发挥则受到组织内部参与者特性、组织自身特性和外部社会环境特性等一系列因素的综合影响。因此,未来必须进一步强化中国农村区域的人力资源建设,通过对农户个体文化素质的提升推动农村整体文化素质的强化;形成农民合作社自我独特的"品牌"服务;并进一步完善农民合作社的服务保障机制;同时,加大政府对规范的农民合作社的资金扶持力度。
Farmer cooperative formed by individual household unit regard participants' interests pursuit as the primary goal of organization, which have became the most direct and most effective carrier to solve the problem of increasing farmers' income. But farmer cooperatives' efficiency was affected by complex factors of participant characteristics, organization's own characteristics within organization, and external social environment characteristic, and so on. Therefore, in future it was necessary to further strengthen the construction of human resources in Chinese rural areas, to drive strengthening rural overall cultural quality by enhancing individual cultural quality of farmers; to form the self unique "brand" service of farmer cooperatives; and to further improve the service safeguard mechanism of farmer cooperatives; meanwhile, to increase government investment to support standard farmer cooperatives.
