产业转移对我国区域城镇化差异的影响分析

The Differential Influence of Industry Transfer to Regional Urbanization in China

区域产业发展差异是引发我国城镇化承载力、吸纳力、创新力、扩张力呈现区域差异的重要因素。通过构建产业转移与区域城镇化的＂聚—散＂模型可以看出,产业转移可以引导资源要素向城镇聚集,并进一步通过产业渗透扩散带动城镇多方面发展。运用2005~2012年我国四大区域面板数据进行回归分析的结果也表明,产业转移与区域城镇化之间存在显著的关系,但在不同区域之间的表现又有所差异,产业转移对中西部地区城镇化发展的积极作用会大于东部地区和东北地区。文章据此分析了其中的原因,并就如何更有效地发挥区域产业转移手段,推动我国新型城镇化建设提出了相应的对策建议。

The differences of regional industry development is the important reason to cause the difference of bearing capacity, absorb capacity, innovation capacity and expansion capacity in China＇s urbanization. By constructing model of ＂agglomeration-dispersion＂ between industry transfer and regional urbanization, we can find that industry transfer can guide the resources to the town, and further disperse by industry penetration.Use measurement test to analyse the influence from industrial transfer to regional urbanization by using China＇ s four regions panel data from 2005 to 2012, the results show that the relationship between industrial transfer and regional urbanization is significant, but there are difference among different regions, the positive roles to the central and western region is greater than the eastern region and northeast region.This paper analyze the reasons ,and put forward suggestions on how to use the regional transfer means effectively, and promote the construction of new type of urbanization in our country.
