摘要
台湾民宿业随观光旅游业而兴起,因旅游景区饭店及旅馆住宿供应不足而产生,成为独具特色的旅游产品。随着旅游形式多元化发展,台湾民宿业得以迅速发展壮大,呈现遍及全岛、局部地区繁荣的发展态势。文章以台湾民宿起源及发展历程开篇,纵观产业发展现状,以期展现当今台湾民宿业发展实况。通过总结分析台湾民宿业者在行业协作、特色经营、服务管理、顾客沟通等多方经验,梳理并提炼出网络时代台湾民宿业数字化营销策略,为其他区域民宿业者营销实践提供借鉴。
Taiwan B&B industry with the rise of tourism, tourist attractions and due toinsufficient sup- ply of hotel accommodation, become a unique tourism products. With the diversified development of tourism form,Taiwan B & B industry has been rapid evelopment, showing a trend of development all over the island,local prosperity.In Taiwan,the origin and the development current situation of the de- velopment of the industry, first, to show the Taiwan B&B industry development in order to live. Through the analysis of Taiwan B^B industryoperating characteristics, industry regulation, service management,customer communication and management etc. experience, carding and refined Taiwan B B industry digital marketing strategy in line with the characteristics of the digitalera, for other re- gions of B& B industry marketing practices for reference.
