西部地区工业企业自我发展能力评价指标构建及评价研究

Construction and Evaluation Studies of Evaluation Index of Industrial Enterprises' s Selfdevelopment Capability in the Western Region

工业企业是实现工业化的主要中坚力量,清晰明确工业企业自我发展能力对推进工业化的步伐起到的是不可忽视的作用。对于西部地区来说,如何认识和衡量工业企业自我发展能力是更加具有现实意义的。在国内外关于企业自我发展能力研究成果的基础上,从资金支持力、人力资源竞争力和技术创新力三个维度构建了一套衡量西部地区工业企业自我发展能力评价的指标,并结合此评价指标计算出西部地区十二省份工业企业自我发展能力综合得分,以期为这些地区工业企业自我发展提供对策与建议。

Industrial enterprises are the main backbone to achieve industrialization, which is helpful if we know the industrial enterprises’ self-development ability clearly, so it is not ignored that industrial enterprises can push the pace of industrialization. It is more practical significance that how to recognize and measure the ability of self-development of industrial enterprises for the western region. From home to abroad, on the basis of three dimensions which are corporate self-development capabilities research supportive of capital, human resources competitiveness and technological innovation force, we constructed a set of self-development capability evaluation index measure of industrial enterprises in the western region, and in conjunction with this evaluation, the indicators calculated the ability to self-development of the western regions and 12 provinces in industrial enterprises composite score to provide the last countermeasures and suggestions for the self-development of industrial enterprises to these areas.
