摘要
高等学校课程安排是教学管理的重要环节。学生、教师和教学管理人员是课程安排的利益相关者。文章分析了高等学校课程安排中学生、教师和教学管理人员的利益需求和利益表达现状;提出了构建符合高等学校课程安排特点的利益表达机制的建议。
The curriculum arrangement is the important link of teaching management in higher schools. There are three important stakeholders in curriculum arrangement: students, teachers and the administrators of teaching management. This paper analyzes the interest needs and interest expression’s current situation of students, teachers and the administrators of teaching management, then proposes suggestion of interest expression mechanism which is accordance with the curriculum arrangement in higher school.
