高速公路开放式服务区功能定位方法 被引量:25

摘要 针对高速公路服务区与地方社会经济发展融合的需求,以实现高速公路用户获得优质特色服务、高速公路管理者获取收益和地方经济获得发展为目标,研究了开放式服务区功能定位方法。通过分析开放式服务区与社会经济的耦合关系,将开放式服务区基本拓展功能划分为交通服务、产业服务和人文服务3种基本类型;应用因子分析法从路网系统、区域经济社会和人文环境3个方面构建了服务区功能定位的指标体系,建立了基于主成分分析的高速公路开放式服务区功能定位方法。研究结果表明:开放式服务区通过完善区域交通系统和对区域经济的集聚,影响城镇空间结构、土地利用和产业布局;影响开放式服务区功能定位的主要因素包括服务区影响区居民收入、人口数量、旅游辐射度等9个方面;由于区域条件、路网条件和交通条件的差异性,开放式服务区的功能定位可以不同。研究成果在四川省成都—德阳—南部高速公路服务区功能定位中得到应用,并可为高速公路开放式服务区的选址、功能定位及设计建设提供决策依据。 Nowadays, the demand to connect freeway service area with regional socio-economic development could better serve the regional economy development, which provides freeway users with access to characteristic service of good quality and freeway administrators with more benefits. Therefore, the paper did researches on the function orientation method of the opened service area. Through the analysis of the coupling relationship between opened service area and social economy, functions of the freeway service area were divided into three basic types: traffic service, economic service, and humanistic service. An evaluation indexes system for functional orientation of freeway open service area was built by means of the factor analysis from three aspects such as highway network system, regional socio-economy, and local humanistic environment. Then, functional orientation method of freeway open service area was established on the basis of principal component analysis. The results show that the freeway opened service area can impact the spatial structure of urban agglomeration through improving the regional transportation system and the regional socio-economy, and have influence on the land use and theindustrial development layout. The main factors influencing freeway opened service area function orientation includes nine aspects such as the residents' income, population, tourism radiation, and so on. Due to the differences of regional development conditions, road network improvement degree and the traffic volume, the function orientation of each opened service area can be different. The research results were applied to Chengdu-Deyang-Nanbu freeway of Sichuan province. The research can provide basis for location selection, design and construction of freeway opened service areas. 5 tabs, 3 figs, 28 refs.
