摘要
该文在指出水闸水力学特性的基础上,对水闸过流能力计算,消力池和海漫主要功能的界定和相应设计要求,现行规范推荐水跃方程的假设基础,平底水跃第二共轭水深合理计算方法,在强透水地基上挡水建筑物渗流控制设计的主要原则,以及强透水地基上反滤排水孔的布置和设计等问题,进行了分析并提出采用的建议;亦指出为保证实现设计意图,工程设计和施工必须注意的一些问题,供规范修编和工程建设参考。
On the basis of the hydrodynamics features of sluice , some problems have been analyzed and countermeasures have been also put forward , such as the calculation of conveyance capacity , definition of the main function of stilling basin and apron and corresponding design demands , the assumption basis of hydraulic jump equation recommended by current standard , flat-bottom hydraulic jump calculation method , the main design principles of seepage control of water -retaining structures , and the layout and design of reverse-filtering drainage hole on the serious water permeability foundation , etc.In the mean time, in order to ensure the design purpose , some problems that should be paid attention to are also proposed , which can be provided as references for standard amendment and project construction .
