小儿定喘方治疗儿童哮喘的疗效及对T细胞功能的影响

Efficacy of Pediatric Dingchuan Treatment on Relieving Asthma and the Influence on T cell Function

目的:研究小儿定喘方治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效及对患儿T细胞功能的影响。方法:选取2014年1月到2015年1月我院收治的儿童哮喘患者150例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各有75例,对照组给予常规治疗,而研究组给予小儿定喘方治疗,比较2组临床疗效和不良反应,并比较治疗前后Th1细胞的绝对值及外周血T细胞亚群。结果:研究组总有效率93.3%(70/75)显著高于对照组的77.3%(58/75),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后Th1绝对值均显著高于治疗前,且显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+比值均显著高于治疗前,且显著高于对照组,而CD8+显著低于治疗前,且显著低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿定喘方治疗儿童哮喘具有较好的临床疗效,能显著提高T细胞的辅助功能。

Objective：To study the efficacy of Pediatric Dingchuan treatment on childhood asthma and its influence on T cell func-tion.Methods：A total of 1 50 cases of childhood asthma had treated in our hospital from January 201 4 to January 201 5 were se-lected.They were divided into two groups,a study group and a control group,according to a random number table.There were 75 patients in each group and the control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received pediatric Dingchuan treatment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.The absolute value of Th1 cells before and af-ter treatment,and peripheral blood T cell subsets were compared.Results：The total efficiency of the study group was 93.3%（70 /75）which was significantly higher than 77.3%（58 /75）in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Th1 absolute value after treatment of the study group was significantly higher than before the treatment,and significantly higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05 ）.After the treatment,CD3 ＋,CD4 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ ratio of the study group were significantly higher than before the treatment,and significantly higher than the control group.CD8 ＋ became significantly lower after the treatment,and significantly lower than the control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Adverse reactions of two groups did not show statistical significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Pedi-atric Dingchuan treatment of childhood asthma has a relatively good clinical efficacy and can significantly improve the accessibility of T cells.
