摘要
设计用地形图是工程项目设计的必备要件,长期以来专业测绘单位测出的设计用地形图一直采用国家现行的测绘标准,但并不能满足设计单位项目设计的需要。尤其在成果验收时,存在诸多争议。通过对设计单位地形图用图需求分析,运用多目标决策理论,把AHP法运用在设计用地形图质量评价体系中,较好地解决了测图单位和用图单位的矛盾,对测绘单位和设计单位都具有一定的参考价值。
Topographic map for design is indispensable to project design, but in the long run professional sur- veying and mapping units still adopt the present national standard of surveying and mapping, which does not meet the requirements of design units. Especially, there is no consensus on those standards during the results inspection. Through the analysis of topographic map with the application of multi-targets decision theory, AHP method can be brought into the quality evaluation system of topographic map to better resolve the conflicts be- tween surveying units and map units, which provides a certain reference for surveying and mapping units and design units.
