我国农村居民公共品消费的现状、问题及对策

随着国家经济实力的不断增强以及对农村基础设施和公共服务投入力度的不断加大,农村生产和生活条件得到很大程度的改善,农村公共品的消费对农村经济发展和社会进步也发挥着越来越重要的推动作用。但随着农村老年人口增多、老龄化的加剧,农村公共品的消费仍然存在消费总量不足、消费品质量较差、消费结构亟待优化等问题。为了提高农村居民对公共品的消费需求,并为农村老年人营造一个良好的养老环境,需要在加快推进城乡基本公共服务均等化、统筹城乡发展、创新供给模式、拓宽供给渠道、完善需求表达机制等方面做出努力。

In order to improve the rural consumer demand for public goods, and create a good environment for the rural elderly pension, it is necessary to accelerate the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas, urban and rural development, innovative supply modes, expan- ding supply channels, improvement of demand expression mechanism.
