摘要
本文选取武汉市内、武昌的当代光谷智慧城、加州阳光;汉口的三金鑫城国际、华苑小区等4个小区为主要调查对象,从"小区居民"、"物业"、"居改非租客"、"居改非顾客"等4个不同的角度,针对不同特点,不同地区的"居改非"现象进行分析,总结不同类型的"居改非"现象存在的利弊,提出在当前政策下对待这种现象的建议和整改措施。
Taking four different communities, Contemporary Optics Valley Wisdom City, Sunshine California, International San Jin New City and Hua Yuan Community in Wuhan as major objects, we did a survey about "the misuse of turning residential flats into commercial flats". The survey methods include questionnaire, interview, observation and so on. We investigated four different crowds including "community residents""real estate managers""tenants","customers" and compared the different phenomena in four places, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the misuse of turning residential flats into commercial flats. The research shows that the "the misuse of turning residential flats into commercial flats "has both pros and cons. To solve this problem, we put forward some suggestions to change this situation under the current policy.
