摘要
环氧氯丙烷是一种重要的有机化工原料和中间体,主要用于合成环氧树脂和氯醇橡胶。比较分析了丙烯高温氯化法、乙酸丙烯酯法、甘油氯化皂化法和氯丙烯直接环氧化法制环氧氯丙烷4种主要合成工艺,分析了国内外环氧氯丙烷的生产消费现状及发展前景,对行业发展提出了建议。
Epoxy chloropropane is an important organic chemical material and intermediate mainly used for synthesis of epoxy resin and polyepichlorohydrin rubber.Comparative analysis was made on the four major synthesis processes for production of epoxy chloropropane:propylene high temperature chlorination method,acetic acid acrylic ester method,glycerol chlorination method,and direction epoxidation of propylene.The production and consumption status of epoxy chloropropane at home and abroad,as well as its development prospect were analyzed.Proposals were also raised on development of the industry.
