摘要
应用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了衣康酸(ITA)对聚丙烯腈(PAN)基热稳定化的影响,研究表明:引入共聚单体ITA能够显著降低放热峰起始温度和放热速率,并且随着ITA含量的增加起始温度降低。同时,PAN基原丝在热稳定化机理中首先以离子机理发生氰基环化反应,再发生氧化反应,因此放热峰起始温度受气氛影响不大。
The effects of itaconic acid(ITA)on thermo stabilization of P(AN-ITA),copolymer of acrylonitrile and ITA were studied with differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Result showed that ITA could notably reduce starting temperature of exothermic peak and heat liberation rate,and the starting temperature was dropped with the increase of ITA content.In addition,in the process of thermo stabilization of P(AN -ITA),oxidization reaction came after cyclization reaction,so the starting temperature of exothermic temperature was affected slightly by the atmosphere of it.
