摘要 研究了持续7 d和14 d 32℃高温对12月龄大黄鱼血清生化指标影响,结果表明:高温处理7 d后,碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、谷酰转肽酶、乳酸脱氢酶的活性均有所升高,除碱性磷酸酶,其余五种酶与对照组(25℃)差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);血清中Cl-、Na+和Ca2+的浓度与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),而K+的浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清中总蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、葡萄糖、尿素氮的含量均有所降低,其中尿素氮、胆固醇、甘油三酯、葡萄糖的含量与对照组差异达到显著(P<0.05)或极显著水平(P<0.01)。高温处理14 d后,除肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶的活性显著高于对照组外(P<0.01),其它酶与对照相比差异不显著(P>0.05);血清中Ca2+、K+的浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Cl-、Na+的浓度与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);尿素氮、胆固醇的含量与对照组差异达到显著水平(P<0.05)。以上研究表明:高温处理7 d、14 d,肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶、K+浓度、尿素氮和胆固醇5个指标与对照相比都存在显著的变化,可作为大黄鱼对高温的反应指标。 Serum biochemical parameters were investigated in 12-month old Larimichthys crocea exposed to high temperature (at 32℃) for 7 and 14 days. After being subjected to high temperature (32℃) for 7 days, the activities of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), glutamyl-transpeptidase (ALT), glutamate-oxaloacetate (AST), creatine kinase (CK-MB), glutamyl-transpeptidase (GGT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were all increased, and the difference between the case (with high temperature 32℃for 7 days) and the control (25℃) was significant (P〈0.01) except ALP;the concentrations of serum Cl-, Na+and Ca2+changed very little (P&gt;0.05) while the concentrations of K+was decreased significantly compared with the control (P〈0.05);the concentrations of total protein (TP), cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TG), glucose (GLU) and urea nitrogen (BUN) decreased, and the differences between the case and control for concentrations of urea nitrogen (BUN), cholesterol (CHOL), triglyceride (TG) and glucose (GLU) were significant (P〈0.05) or extremely significant (P〈0.01). After being exposed to high temperature (32℃) for 14 days, except the activities of CK-MB and LDH which were higher than those of the control&amp;nbsp;(P〈0.01), the activities of other enzymes had no significant difference compared with those of the control (P﹥0.05); the concentrations of serum Cl- and Na+changed very little while the concentrations of Ca2+ and K+decreased significantly compared with those of the control (P〈0.05);the difference between the case and control for concentrations of urea nitrogen (BUN) and cholesterol (CHOL) reached significant level (P〈0.05). According to the results above mentioned, CK-MB, LDH, K+, BUN, and CHOL were changed significantly between the case and the control both after 7 d and 14 d high temperature treatment, and they can be used as biochemical response indices for large yellow croaker exposed to high temperature.
