摘要
将脂肪醇醚(O-3、O-5、O-7、O-9、O-15)与P2O5进行磷酸化反应,然后与其他油脂及乳化剂进行复配制备磷脂加脂剂TF-826。探讨了乙氧基数目对皮革纤维加脂效果的影响,并将TF-826与司马BA加脂剂进行应用对比。结果表明:TF-826赋予皮革良好的滋润感和滑爽度,且柔软度和丰满度方面均优于司马BA加脂剂。
Fatty alcohol ethers(O-3,O-5,O-7,O-9,O-15)were esterified by phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) to produce fatty alcohol phosphate esters, which were then hydrolyzed and neutralized, thus the intermediate was obtained. Subsequently composite fatliquor TF-826 was prepared by blending the intermediate with other ingredients such as oils and emulsifying agents. The impact of ethoxy number of the intermediate on the fatliquoring effect was studied. The results showed that the crust leather lubricated by composite fatliquor TF-826 performed better softness, smoothness and fullness than those lubricated by fatliquor BA produced by Zschimmer&Schwarz.
