正中开胸右全肺切除治疗肺肉瘤样癌侵及右肺动脉主干1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者 男，42岁。咳嗽4个月，胸闷2个月。高血压10年，口服硝苯地平10mg每天一次，控制在110／70mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。吸烟史20年，每日20支，吸烟指数400。查体：右肺呼吸音弱，双侧颈部及锁骨上未触及肿大淋巴结。
