摘要
本文基于WIA-PA无线网络技术实现了石化水电计量系统的优化管理,提高了生产效率,但同时也带来了网络安全风险。针对石化水电计量的无线网络技术及安全问题,从实际应用的角度,设计了基于WIA-PA的水电数据采集计量的技术架构,对石化系统存在的安全风险和防护需求进行分析,利用OPC工业防火墙的访问控制技术,有效实现了石化水电计量系统的安全防护。
This paper achieves the optimization management of the petrochemical hydropower measurement system and improves the production efifciency based on WIA-PA wireless network technology, but also brings the network security risks. In order to resolve the wireless network technology and security problem from practical application, the WIA-PA technology framework of data acquisition and measurement is designed, it analyzes the security risks and protection requirements of petrochemical system. By using the OPC industrial ifrewall, the security protection of the petrochemical hydropower measurement system is achieved.
