摘要
从失独家庭面临的"物质救助缺乏力度"、"精神缺乏慰藉"、"法律关怀的空白"和"婚姻家庭缺乏稳定性"四个角度出发,立足我国失独家庭的实际问题,借鉴国外养老模式的成功经验,探讨缓解失独家庭面临困境的方法和途径。不仅有利于抚慰失独家庭的心理创伤,更好地体现社会公平,而且也有利于维护社会稳定,促进社会主义和谐社会的建设。
Starting from such perspectives as lack of material relief, lack of spiritual comfort, legal care gap and lack of stability of marriage and family, this paper explores the practical problems of China＇s families that have lost the only child. Learning from the successful experience of foreign pension models, this paper deals with the ways and wethods of alleviating the burden of such families so as to offer comfort to their psychological trauma, show social justice,maintain the social stability,and promote the construction of so- cialist harmonious society.
