Investigation and Path Choice of the Coordination Mechanism of the Volunteer Service in National Fitness

通过对全民健身志愿服务运行过程中出现的矛盾冲突进行深入分析指出:政府行为错误定位、社会支持的低位、管理行为的失位以及保障制度的缺位问题在一定程度上影响了全民健身志愿服务活动规范、高效地开展,研究认为:立法协调、制度协调、部门协调、政府执行权利的让渡、建立健全长效协调机制是化解当前全民健身志愿服务运行过程中存在问题的关键。

By analyzing the conflicts in the volunteer service in national fitness,The paper snows that tne dislocation of the government behavior, less social support, mis-led management behavior and the absence of security system,to a certain extent,affect the efficient running of the national fitness volunteer service activities. The study puts for ward such measures as legislation coordination, system coordination, department coordination,government right transfer,and the establishment of a long-term mechanism to solve the problems of conflicts in the process of volunteer service.
