摘要
神华黄骅港务有限责任公司全年装船量近2亿t,装船机的使用率很高。在这样高强度和大流量的装船作业中,虽然已配置皮带清扫器作为必要的清洁设施,仍不可避免的会出现洒落料的情况。本文通过分析现场装船机洒落煤的原因,研究了一种新型的装船机臂架洒落料自动回收清洁装置并进行应用,以减少人工清理量,改善作业环境,实现清洁生产的目的。
About two hundred million tons coal was loaded onto ships by Shenhua Huanghua port Co., Ltd. last year, which witnessed the high use ratio of ship loader. Though necessary belt conveyor cleaners had been set there, high operating intensity and large ship-loading volume caused the spilling and dropping of coal inevitably. By analyzing the causes for coal drops during the application of ship loaders, a new auto-reclaiming device installed on ship loader was researched, which would be used to reduce the amount of coal being cleaned by hand, improve the working environment and achieve clean production.
