狂犬病病毒抗原、抗体的实验室诊断研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 狂犬病是由狂犬病病毒引起的人兽共患烈性传染病,发病后死亡率几乎为100%。近年来,我国狂犬病的发病率呈上升趋势。当前急需一种快速、准确、经济、简便、易于推广的实验室诊断方法。本文从抗原诊断、抗体诊断对目前国内外狂犬病病毒的实验室诊断作一综述,并分析各种方法的优点和缺点,为狂犬病的快速实验室诊断提供参考依据,以更有效地预防和控制狂犬病。 Rabies is a deadly zoonosis caused by the rabies virus,and its mortality is almost 100%.The incidence of rabies has increased in China.A rapid,accurate,economical,simple,and easy method of diagnosing rabies in the laboratory is urgently needed.This paper reviews the laboratory diagnosis of rabies from detection of antigens to detection of antibodies to rabies,and this review analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages.This work provides a reference for rapid laboratory diagnosis of rabies in order to prevent and control rabies more efficiently.
