摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)是一种存在于骨髓中的,具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的非造血干细胞。心肌梗死的干细胞治疗是目前全世界研究的热点之一。近期的国内外研究表明BMSCs移植治疗心肌梗死可有效地抑制心脏重构、显著改善心功能,提高心肌梗死患者的生存率。现就BMSCs移植治疗心肌梗死的研究进展作如下综述。 Bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) present in the bone marrow are a kind of non-hemopoietic stem cell, which have self-renewal function and multiple differentiation potential. Myocardial infarction is one of the diseases with the most highest incidence rate and fatality rate in the world. In recent years, BMSCs transplantation for the treatment of myocardial infarction can efficiently inhibit cardiac remodeling and significantly improve cardiac function and improve the survival rates of patients with myocardial infraction. Now research progress on bone mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of myocardial infarction was reviewed.
