结直肠癌的病因及发病机制的研究进展

结直肠癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,威胁着人类的生命安全。目前该病的病因及发病机制还不是很清楚。随着国内经济的快速发展,人们的生活环境、饮食结构等得到改变,结直肠癌的发病率也呈上升趋势。近年来,关于结直肠癌早期诊断、靶向治疗等相关研究较多,但笔者认为做好该病的早期预防工作也是一个重要的环节。了解结直肠癌的病因及发病机制是早期预防的基础。本文结合国内外文献对结直肠癌的病因及发病机制作一总结。

Colorectal cancer （CRC） is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system, and has been a threat to human life safety. Currently, the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are not very clear. With the rapid development of the domestic economy, people＆#39;s living environment and diet etc have changed, the incidence of CRC is also on the rise. In recent years, the early diagnosis, targeted therapy and other related research of CRC are more and more, but the author thinks that to do a good job of the early prevention of the disease is also important. Understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of CRC is the foundation of early prevention. The etiology and pathogenesis of CRC combined with the domestic and foreign literature were summarized.
