牙周膜干细胞的研究进展

摘要 牙周膜干细胞是存在于牙周膜组织中的一种间充质干细胞,具有高度增殖、自我更新能力和多分化潜能。牙周膜干细胞的研究对牙周组织工程和牙周组织再生具有重大意义,本文结合近年来国内外文献对牙周膜干细胞的研究进展作一综述。 Periodontal ligament stem cells are mesenchymal stem cells present in the periodontal tissue, with a high degree of proliferation, self-renewal and multi-differentiation potential. To study on periodontal ligament stem cell on periodontal tissue engineering and the regeneration of periodontal tissue is of great significance. In this article, we reviewed the research progress on periodontal ligament stem cells with recent literatures.
