摘要
基于大倾角"三软"煤层综放开采覆岩变形、破坏和运移规律复杂,对支架稳定性影响较大的现象。以长山子煤矿1123工作面为研究对象,采用现场实测、理论分析、相似模拟试验,对影响支架稳定性的倾角、采高、阻力3个主要因素进行研究。结果表明:各因素对工作面支架稳定性影响程度依次为:支架倾角>采煤高度>支架工作阻力。支架载荷特征表明:沿工作面倾斜中部、中上部区域支架载荷较大,上部区域支架载荷变化大。支架位移特征表明:工作面支架具有沿倾向倾倒趋势,且工作面中上部区域倾倒趋势较为明显,同时中上部区域支架受底板变形影响较大,出现底座向倾斜上部运动的趋势。据此,提出了支架稳定性控制措施。
According to the deformation ,failure and complicated migration law of the overburden strata above the fully-mechanized caving mining face,which is affected to the stability of the powered supports.Using the engineering practice of No. 1123 working face, the site- measurement, theoretic analysis and similar simulation experiment are applied to study the main factors of inclined, mining height and working resistance of support which are effect the stability of powered supports.The results showed that the influence degree of each factor to the powered supports stability was inclined, mining height and working resistance of support in sequence.The loading features of the pow- ered supports showed that powered support loading along the inclined direction of middle coal mining face and middle upper coal mining face is big, the powered support loading change was big in the top coal mining face. The displacement features of the powered supports showed that the shield support along mining face has tendency trend and middle region tendency trend was more outstanding than others, the shield supports along the middle upper were effected by baseplate change which lead to the shield supports base had the tendency trend along the mining face.In addition,the paper put forward the powered supports instability measures.
