摘要
本文从团队沟通的角度探讨高校形势与政策课合作学习的教学方法,通过分析团队沟通的涵义,得出高校形势与政策课合作学习团队沟通在下行沟通、上行沟通、平行沟通存在的问题。并有针对性地提出了完善下行沟通,明确沟通内容、角色定位,主动参与;优化上行沟通,鼓励团队成员加强与教师的互动;搭建平行沟通,创建求同存异、信任的团队沟通氛围的对策。
Discussing the teaching method of college situation and cooperative learning of policy class from the viewpoint of team communication, according to the analysis of team communication connotation, this paper concludes the problems existing in the downwards, upwards and parallel communication in the team communication of higher college situation and cooperative learning of policy class.
