民办高校党建工作的突破和创新——以中山大学南方学院为例

Breakthroughs and Innovation in the Party Construction of Private Universities——Nanfang College of Sun Yat- sen University for Example

民办高校的快速发展,推动了党建工作的进步。但由于党委年轻、总支经验不足,伴随民办院校固有的特点,党建工作在方式方法和机制体制方面还存在很多问题。通过经验借鉴和自身反思,民办高校党建工作在党员管理、作用发挥、活动开展和队伍建设方面可有所突破和创新。

The fast development of private universities has propelled the progress of the party construction. Yet due to lack of experience on the part of Party committees and general Party branches and the innate features of private universities, the Party construction in private universities has had many issues in methods, mechanisms and systems. Through learning advanced expe-rience and reflecting on themselves, private universities can make breakthroughs and innovations in managing Party members, giving playing to their own role, conducting activities and building the Party team.
