摘要
女性是政治生活的重要主体。但是长期以来,由于传统文化的偏见、繁重的家庭劳务和不健全的干部培养选任制度等客观因素以及生理心理制约和参政意识不强等主观因素的影响,我国女性领导在职业发展中遇到诸多困境。解决我国女性领导发展困境,要从提高女性领导素质与参政意识、打破传统文化偏见、健全干部培养和选任制度以及家政事业社会化等方面入手,以便促进我国女性参政的进一步发展。
Women is an important subject of political life. But for a long time, due to some objective factor such as the prejudice of traditional culture, the heavy family labor, unsound system of trainning and some subjective factors such as physiological and psychological restriction and weak political consciousness, the women leaders of our country in the career development en- counter many difficulties. To solve women leaderstlevelopment dilemma, we need to improve women leaders' quality and partici- pation awareness, break the traditional cultural bias, establish a sound system of training and socialize domestic business, in this way to promote the further development of chinese women in politics.
