摘要
《幼儿教师专业标准(试行)》实际上规定了合格幼儿教师应当具备的胜任力特征.从专业标准视角分析了幼儿教师胜任力的内涵,提出了提升幼儿教师职业道德胜任力、知识胜任力和能力胜任力的策略.
The Kindergarten Teachers Professional Standards（Trial） rules the competent characters of qualified kindergarten teachers in practice, which also analyze the connotation of kindergarten teachers＇ competence from professional standards and put forward the strategies about how to improve kindergarten teachers＇ competence from work ethic, knowledge and ability.
