长链非编码RNA HOTTIP的研究进展

摘要长链非编码RNA HOTTIP是来源于HOXA的5′端的一个非编码RNA转录本。近年研究表明,HOTTIP与疾病发生的关系非常密切,它们可在转录、转录后水平广泛参与基因表达调控,影响疾病的发生、发展及预后。本文就lnc RNA HOTTIP的发现、组成、作用机制及其病理作用的研究进展做一综述。
