摘要
目的探讨福建地区男性不育与精液参数和精子DNA完整性关系。方法对5680例男性不育患者和3200例健康体检者进行精液参数和精子DNA完整性检测。采用SQA-V全自动精子分析仪进行精液常规分析,精子形态采用改良巴氏染色法,精子DNA完整性检测采用精子染色质扩散试验(SCD),用DNA断裂指数(DFI)表示。结果不育患者精子精子密度、活动率、精子形态和DFI与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的精液量、精液p H值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精子密度、活动率、精子形态和DFI的异常是引起福建地区男性患者不育的最主要原因。
Objective：To explore the relationship between male infertility and sperm quality and sperm DNA integrity in Fujian Area. Methods：Sperm quality and sperm DNA integrity of 5680 cases of infertile males and 3200 control cases were examined sperm parameters were analysised by fully automated SQA-V sperm analyzer;sperm morphology were analysised by modified papanicolaou staining method;sperm DNA integrity was evaluated by sperm chromatin dispersion（SCD）,and the results were expressed interms of DNA fragmentation index（DFI）.Results：A significant difference in the concentration and mobility and sperm morphology and DFI of sperm between 2 teams（P〈0.05）. But there is no difference in the semen volume and PH between them（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The most important reasons for male infertility in Fujian area are abnormalities of the concentration and mobility and sperm morphology and DFI of sperm.
