精浆锌与精液主要参数及体外受精率的关系 被引量:6

Study on relationship between seminal plasma Zinc and sperm main parameters,in vitro fertilization rate

摘要 目的探讨不育夫妇中男性精浆的锌含量与精液主要参数及体外受精(IVF)受精率相关性。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2014年10月在我院生殖中心行常规IVF助孕不育夫妇患者的相关资料,依据精浆锌含量分为异常组(n=57例)和正常组(n=498例),比较两组精液中精子前向运动百分率(PR,%)、前向运动精子总数、精子浓度、精子总数和IVF受精率的差异。结果精浆锌正常组中前向运动精子总数,精子总数和IVF受精率显著高于异常组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);前向运动百分率(PR,%),精子浓度无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论精浆锌含量与精子总数、前向运动精子总数和IVF受精率关系密切,精浆锌含量是评估男性生殖力的重要指标之一。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between seminal plasma Zinc content and sperm main parameters,in vitro fertilization(IVF)rate in infertile men of couples with infertility. Methods:The data of infertile couples undergoing conventional IVF for promoting gestation in our reproductive center form January 2014 to October 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Patients were divided into abnormal group(n=57)and normal group(n=498)according to seminal plasma zinc content,and the differences in the percentage of sperm progressive motility(PR,%),the total number of progressive motility sperms,sperm concentration,total sperm count and IVF rate between these two groups were compared. Results:The total number of progressive motility sperms,total sperm count and IVF rate of the normal group were significantly higher than that of the abnormal group,the differences had statistical significance(P﹤0.05),while the percentage of sperm progressive motility and the sperm concentration showed no statistical differences(P﹥0.05). Conclusions:Seminal plasma Zinc content is closely related to the total number of progressive motility sperms,total sperm count and IVF rate. Seminal plasma Zinc content is an important index of male fertility evaluation.
