9号染色体臂间倒位女性携带者的体外受精—胚胎移植结果分析

A study on in-vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation of pericentric inversion of chromosome 9 in female carriers

目的探讨女性不育患者中9号染色体臂间倒位(inv(9))对体外受精—胚胎移植(in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)结果的影响。方法对不育女性患者的外周血进行染色体核型分析,并对这些不孕患者进行IVF-ET,将32例inv(9)女性携带者作为病例组,与32染色体核型正常的女性作为对照组进行比较,观察两组之间的受精率、优胚率、胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率是否存在差异。结果 9号染色体臂间倒位女性与染色体核型正常的女性IVF-ET结果比较,两组在受精率、优胚率、胚胎种植率、妊娠率方面比较差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论女性不育患者中9号染色体臂间倒位(inv(9))对体外受精—胚胎移植的结果没有影响。

Objective：To investigate the effect of pericentric inversion of chromosome 9 in female patients with infertility on in-vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation outcome. Methods：Peripheral blood of 32 female patients with infertility（case group）and 32 normal female individuals（control group）was detected by karyotype analysis,and treated by（in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET）. Fertilization rate,good quality embryo rate,implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups were recorded,and analyze by SPSS 13.0. Results：There were not significant differences in fertilization rate,good quality embryo rate,implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate between the two group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The pericentric inversion of chromosome 9 in female patients with infertility did not affected in-vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation outcome.
