对高职院校借助章程建设完善学校治理结构的思考

Thinking on the Improvement of Higher Vocational Colleges Management Structure by Virtue of College Statutes Construction

高职院校在响应构建现代大学制度的进程中首先要推进院校章程建设。而在高职院校的章程建设实际中只有注重依法办学、自主管理、民主监督、并且强化宣传,促进社会参与,重视对执行力的考核才能不断完善学校治理结构,使自身在改革浪潮中谋得出路。

Higher vocational colleges need to first promote college statutes construction as a response to the process of construc-ting modern university system.In the practice of college statutes construction,higher vocational colleges need to make efforts on legally running of schools,independent administration,democratic supervision,strengthening propaganda,social participation, implementation evaluation.Only these can higher vocational colleges perfect their management structure and find a way out in the wave of reform.
