摘要
采用企业导师制不但能够帮助学生更好地根据社会企业的需求制定相应的职业生涯规划,还能够帮助学生扩大就业规划路径。下文就高职院校企业导师制的含义入手,展开分析了企业导师制在高职院校学生职业规划中起到的作用,进而探究了在高职院企业导师制下的学生职业规划教育新路径。
The adoption of the enterprise tutor system can not only help students better make corresponding career planning ac-cording to the demand of the social enterprise,but also can help students expand employment planning path.Here are the meanings of enterprise tutor system in higher vocational colleges,and this paper analyzes the enterprise tutor system in higher vocational college,that students career planning plays a role,then explores the new path of students＇career planning education under the system of enterprise tutor in the higher vocational colleges.
