高职教育订单式人才培养模式的长效机制探索

创办高等职业院校的目的是培养专业技术型人才,而发展多层次的人才结构系统,创新和改革新的教育模式,则是为了跟上我国经济社会发展的趋势。在众多高职教育模式中,订单式人才培养模式成为高职院校和各类企业合作的最佳途径。为了对订单式人才培养模式进行更深入、更全面的探究,让其得到更好的发展和改革,本文对订单式人才培养模式进行了一系列的分析和研究,对其内涵展开了讨论,并依据分析研究的结果,给高职院校的人才培养模式提出了改革建议。

The purpose of establishing vocational colleges is to train professional technical talents.And it provides approaches to mode a deeper and more comprehensive exploration as well as let it get a better development and reform.This paper discusses the model for a series of analysis and research on its connotation based on the study of the results and puts forward reform pro-posals to higher vocational colleges training mode.
