柔性管理理念在高职院校学生管理工作中的应用研究

近年来,我国高等职业教育已经进入到了内涵发展的阶段,高等职业教育学校的管理也进入了一种新型管理模式。学生与学生之间坚持以人为本,平等互信的柔性管理原则,而对于现在柔性管理理念在高职院校中的改进和完善,也是我国高等职业教育所需要的,本文阐述了柔性管理理念及柔性管理和刚性管理的关系,探究了柔性管理理念在高职院校学生管理工作中的应用。

In recent years, China＇s higher vocational education has entered into a stage of connotation development and accord- ingly students＇management enters into a new pattern. This paper expounds the concept of flexible management and the relation-ship between it and rigid management and studies the application of flexible management in managing students.
