随着高校的扩招,医学高等教育也出现了跨越式的发展,招生人数大幅度增加。在沿海城市和大型医疗机构从业人员逐渐饱和的同时,广大县级及以下的单位甚至欠发达的市级医疗机构却需要大量的医学毕业生。一边是大城市大医院激烈的竞争,一边是中小城市的求贤若渴,医学生无业可就和有业不就的现象同时存在。为引导医学生树立正确的就业观念,顺利实现就业已成为当今高校思想政治教育工作中一项重要任务。

With the expansion of university enrollment,higher medical education has realized the great leap forward develop-ment,and enrollment increased significantly.In the coastal city,the large medical institutions gradually saturated,at the same time,the county and even under municipal medical institutions developed requires a large number of medical graduates.One side is a large city hospital in the fierce competition,while the smaller city＆#39;s thirst for medical students,the phenomenon of un-employed and giving up employment comes into the existence.We should establish a correct concept of employment to guide medical students and employment has become an important task of the ideological and political education in universities.
