本科生导师制(本导制)是提高本科生教育质量的重要载体。本文以河北师范大学的本导制为例,对河北师范大学本导制的具体实施情况进行调查分析,从中发现该校在本导制实施过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,旨在能够为同类院校本导制的实施和完善提出有益的参考。

The undergraduate tutorial system is an important carrier to improve the quality of undergraduate education.Taking the undergraduate tutorial system of Hebei Normal University as an example,the implementation of undergraduate tutorial sys-tem in Hebei Normal University were investigated ,discovered the problems in the process of implementation,and to make ap-propriate recommendations to ensure that make a useful reference for the implementation and improvement of undergraduate tu-torial system of similar institutions.
