广西建设“一带一路”有机衔接重要门户研究

The Research on Guangxi Constructing an Important Gateway of Organic Connection to the Belt and Road

经过近年来的努力,在建设"一带一路"有机衔接重要门户方面,广西已具备四大有利条件,即基本形成现代立体交通主骨架,与东盟人文交往密切,已建成中国与东盟合作的重要发展平台,与东盟经贸利益融合不断提升,但同时也存在基础设施互联互通不够,综合经济实力不强,发展环境有待优化和完善,面临较大竞争压力等四大制约。建设成为"一带一路"有机衔接的重要门户,实现其功能,需要在瓶颈制约、发挥优势上着力突破,应重点提升通道通达水平、服务效率、便利化水平、完善产业、展会和人文三大平台。

China issued the vision and action to jointly construct the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road in March of 2015, proposing that Guangxi province will become an important gateway of organic connection to the Belt and Road. From the connotation of an important gateway of organic connection, the important gateway should have some functions such as key channels, services,platforms, openness, experimental demonstration and other functions. After years of hard work,in terms of construction an important gateway of organic connection to the Belt and Road,Guangxi already has four favorable conditions, that is the main frame of modern three-dimensional traffic has been formed, Guangxi and ASEAN cultural exchanges and cooperation have been conducted, an important platform for cooperation between China and ASEAN has been built in Guangxi, economic and trade interests of Guangxi and ASEAN has been constantly improving,but at the same time, there are four main constraints such as the lack of interoperability of infrastructure, the strength of the comprehensive economic strength, the development of the environment to be optimized and improved, the greater competition pressure, etc. Guangxi need to focus on the bottleneck constraints and make a breakthrough, to focus on improving access level, service efficiency, convenience level and improving the industry, exhibition and cultural and other three major platforms to construct an important gateway of organic connection to the Belt and Road and make an important gateway function.
