In this paper, the definition of Wenzhou higher schools interact with city development and the background were analyzed, , the current situation and limited factor were introduced, the opportunity and challenge of integration development between the Wenzhou city and higher schools were explored, the counter- measures and suggestions were put forward, so as to provide references for further development betwear the Wenzhou city and higher schools.
