高校志愿服务的德育功能及优化对策——以温州科技职业学院为例

高校学生参加高校志愿服务活动既锻炼自我又服务他人，既提升素质又奉献社会，具有高校里其他德育形式无法代替的作用。温州科技职业学院志愿服务活动有二十多年的历史，取得了很好的成效，在培养学生学农、亲农情感，专业情操、服。务意识，民族精神、爱国情怀，感知国情民意、增强社会责任感等方面功能显著。提出了通过建立健全的规章制度，确立稳定的志愿者服务基地，积极争取外部支持促进德育效果提升的优化对策。
