摘要
文章以采书乐坊为例,通过与书店、书吧的运营模式比较,从时间、空间、服务等方面探索突破图书馆局限的新渠道,拓展公共图书馆服务的外延与内涵。以新一轮社会体制改革为契机,尝试将公共财政出资购买社会服务的新政引入公共图书馆,实现图书馆服务社会效益最大化。
By comparing the business modes of Jinjiang Library Caishulefang （Jinjiang Library Acquisition Workshop） with those of bookstores and book bars, this article aims at exploring new channels to break the inherent limitations of public libraries and expanding the denotation and connotation of public libraries from the perspective of time, space, service modes. Meanwhile, taking the new round of social restructuring as a turning point, this article attempts to introduce the new deal ＂using public finance to purchase social services＂ to public libraries, with a view to maximize the social benefits of public libraries.
