摘要
针对工业铝型材生产难度大、质量参数多、质量要求高造成的产品合格率偏低的问题,对工业铝型材的各个生产过程特点进行了分析,提出了"将统计过程控制(SPC)应用在其生产过程中,把各个生产控制点分为质量制点和过程控制点分别实施"的方法;利用各个控制点的控制图对生产过程的稳定性进行了评价;通过过程能力指数以判断生产过程对各种质量要求的满足程度;建立了基于计算机网络的数据采集系统来保证数据的及时性,利用可视化生产日志体系以方便质量问题的追踪;制定了标准的SPC实施流程。对实施SPC前后的控制图和过程能力指数进行了对比评价。研究结果表明,SPC在工业铝型材生产过程的应用基本消除了过程的异常波动,减少了正常波动范围,提升了过程能力。
Aiming at the problem of low quality rate of industrial aluminum profiles caused by difficult production , more quality parameters and high quality requirements, the characters of industrial aluminum production process were analysed, a method of applying SPC in produc- tion process was presented . Control points were divided into quality control points and process control points implement respectively. The stability of production process was evaluated by using of each control point of the control diagram. The degree of the production process to meet the requirements of various quality parameters was judged by process capability index. The data acquisition system based on network, the problem tracking system and standards implementation process based on visual production logging were established. The standard imple- mentation process was made. The control charts and process capabilities before and after implement SPC were evaluated. The results indicate that the application of SPC in industrial aluminum production process basically eliminate abnormal fluctuations of the process, reduce the nor- mal fluctuations range, improve the process capability.
