Interest Differentiation and Interest Integration under the Perspective of Corporatism——An Enlightenment to China's Government Governance

近年来,随着中国改革开放的进一步深入,转型阶段的各种社会矛盾凸显,群体性事件不断爆发。面对社会上不断加重的利益分化、阶层分化等问题,有效地整合各方利益,维护社会的和谐与稳定,促进社会的持续健康发展,已经成为政府治理的当务之急,也是理论与实践的迫切需要。法团主义作为一种分析国家与社会关系的研究范式,是一种国家联系社会的制度结构,可以为解决中国当前的利益分化问题提供一个清晰的分析框架,有效地实现利益整合。

In recent years, along with the further reform and opening up of China, many kinds of social contradictions highlighted, mass incidents appeared constantly. In the face of the social interest differentiation, the problem such as class differentiation, government gives top priority to maintain social harmony and stability, promote the sustained and healthy development of the society and integrate the interests among different classes. Exploring a path suitable for China＇ s national conditions interest integration has become the urgent needs of the theory and practice. As a kind of analysis to the research paradigm of relation between nation and society, corporatism is a structure for nation to contract with society. It could provide a clear framework to analyze and solve the current interests＇ differentiation issues in China, and promote interests integration effectively.
