摘要
在教师专业发展的背景下,教师的职业道德向专业道德深入发展,实践育人是教师专业道德发展的重要途径。为提升教师职前专业道德培养质量,文章对忻州师范学院开展"顶岗实习支教"的师范生进行了调研,发现师范生顶岗实习支教与专业道德培养有直接关系。积累教师专业道德所需的实践性知识,加深师范生对教师道德情感的认同,养成良好的道德行为,培养教师道德修养所需的意志,这些均有利于师范生形成良好的教师道德。
In the background of teacher professional development, teachers' moral development is transforming from professional ethics to professional ethics, Practical education is an important way of teachers' professional ethics development. To enhance the professional quality of pre- service teacher training ethics, author has carried on a research on Xinzhou Teachers' Uiversity students who are in teaching practice, finding teaching practice and professional ethics training has a direct relationship. Through teaching practice, normal students can gain practical knowledge of teachers' ethics, deepen moral emotion recognition for teachers, good moral behavior and train- ing the volition of the teachers' morality cultivation, all above which is enifited to the formation of teachers' ethics.
