从尼采精神三变探析教师文化自觉

Analysis of Teachers' Cultural Consciousness from Nietzsche's Triple Spirit Realm

教学是一场艺术,尼采在希腊悲剧中透射出的悲剧精神造就了他的精神三变。文章从他的精神三变着手分析其背后所折射的教师文化自觉。精神三变中的骆驼阶段反映的是希腊悲剧中的酒神意志,教师文化处于继承发展状态,形成的是自在文化;狮子阶段是曙光中的蛰伏,教师文化处于追求自由状态,形成的是半封闭文化;孩童阶段是人类导师的化身查拉图斯特拉的新生,教师文化处于创造状态,是自觉文化。教师文化自觉的意蕴表现在"自我奉献"身为教师的意义与价值;"人类奉献"教师之为教师的使命与责任;生命自由的适度展现。

Camel stage of Triple Spirit Realm reflect Bacchus will of Greek tragedy, teacher culture in inheritance status,it＇ s free culture. Lion is the dawn of the dormant stage, teacher culture in pursuit of freedom,it＇s semi -closed culture. Children stage is Zarathustra newborn as human tutor＇ s incarnation, teachers culture in creation stage,it＇ s conscious culture. Meanwhile teacher cultural consciousness manifested in ＂self - sacrifice＂ as a teacher of the meaning and value. ＂Human sacrifice＂ as teacher of teachers of reverence and responsibility;moderate to show the life of freedom.
