Legal Protection Path of the Economic Development Right of Lost Land Farmers in the Process of New Urbanization——Taking Hunan as an Example

快速的城镇化产生了被征地农民及其经济发展权问题。被征地农民经济发展权问题影响了城镇化的进程,不利于统筹城乡发展与和谐社会的构建。在湖南新型城镇化进程中,被征地农民经济发展权的实现面临现实困境,应从被征地农民经济发展权保障的法律法规完善、政府责任强化、加强用地单位对失地农民的用地责任、提高失地农民法律维权意识与法律素质以增强其法律维权能力等方面保障被征地农民经济发展权的实现。

The rapid urbanization creates the economic development problems of lost land farmers , which affect the urbanization process , urban and rural development and harmonious society . In the process of new urbanization in Hunan , lost land farmers are in difficulty . We should improve laws and regulations , strengthen government responsibility mechanism , cultivate lost land farmers legal ability and improve judicial mechanism to protect their economic development right .
