高校图书馆员继续教育是时代的需求,也是高校图书馆发展和高校图书馆员自身发展的需求。由于缺乏法律依据、馆员自身认识不到位和经费不足等因素,地方高校图书馆员继续教育严重缺失。应充分利用自主学习、馆内培训、远程教育、学术研究和交流等方式促进高校图书馆员的继续教育。

University librarians＇continuing education is the demand of the times , and the development of the university library and the librarians . University librarians are seriously lack of continuing education due to the lack of legal basis , their inadequate understanding within themselves , the lack of funds and other factors . So it is necessary to promote the continuing education of university librarians in different ways , such as autonomous learning , inner training , remote education , academic research and exchanges .
